We welcome people of all faiths, beliefs and traditions, and none.
For families who wish to observe the moment of committal, we provide a purpose-built cataphalc with glass doors, allowing this to take place in a calm, respectful setting.
If you’re unsure where to begin, you’re not alone.
Many people call us not knowing what to expect – what happens when, or how to make choices that feel right.
We’re here to guide you through it all, explain each step, and help you feel more prepared for the day.
Most of the arrangements for the service will be handled through your funeral director. We’ve worked with many local firms for years – they trust us to get the details right, and we do all we can to support them on your behalf.
We’ll check timings, test any media, and make sure the Ceremony Hall is prepared exactly as you’ve planned.
Each service is carefully scheduled, with generous time between ceremonies. This gives you time to arrive, hold the ceremony, and leave without ever feeling rushed.
Our Ceremony Hall seats around 100 guests, with space for more in the foyer – we can arrange additional screens for larger services. Parking is close by, and there is level access throughout.
You can personalise the ceremony in many ways – music, images, lighting, live or recorded video.
Our Obitus system offers a wide music library, livestreaming, and the option to record the service. We test everything in advance to avoid any disruption.
Families sometimes request something unique – lighting, a favourite landscape image, or a live performance.
If it matters to you, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

You’re welcome to return to our memorial gardens whenever you wish. Some people come often, others just on certain days. There’s no right way – the space is here when you need it.
If you’re unsure about what to do with ashes, our team will talk you through your options. We’ll show you what’s possible and help you make the choice that feels right.
